Steel casting are made from carbon steel and alloy steel through the wooden partten and  Resin/water glass/sodium silicate sand.  The common weight of our steel castings are from 0.5 to 200tons. 
Woonden pattern EN12890-2000, EN-DIN1511 and Resin sand.  

Material standard: the material standard and material code are  designated by the customer. We can produce according to following standards:

      ISO 3755:1991(E), ISO 9711:1992(E), ISO 14737:2003(E),
      EN 10293:2005(E), EN 10340: 2007 (E),
       AS2074
      ASTM A27/A27M-08, ASTM A216.A216M-08, ASTM A148/A148-08
      BS 3100,  
      DIN 17182, DIN 1681 

Performance: Clean casted, heat treated, machined, shot blasted and fettled, silver colored ready to be installed. 

Quality Assurance:  By certificate acc. to DIN/EN 10204 3.1(3.1B)  for each product. 

1)  Visual inspection of surface

2)  Dimensional test  acc. to production drawing

3) Heattreatment recorder, Time temperature chart including temperature pattern

4) NDT, such as UTASTM A609  or equivalent , MT EN 1369 or equivalent , PT ect.

5) Chemical analysis

6) Mechanical properties in cast on test bar
